Mindscope Consulting was established by Tangedzani Davhana, a registered Industrial Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Stellenbosch University. She is a registered Industrial Psychologist with comprehensive experience across HR functions, psychometric assessment, organisational development, and wellness initiatives, acquired across the public and private sectors. Proven ability to contribute to strategic HR efforts, implement psychological interventions, and support employee engagement and leadership development.
